Family Preparedness Clinic

We are pleased to once again provide our family readiness clinic!👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We will have the support of local volunteer attorneys to help families complete power of attorney forms. You will also be able to receive full services to complete a U.S. passport application, thanks to the Chattanooga Public Library and the Chattanooga Bar Association. 📚 This event is FREE! Just arrive prepared to make payments related to passport applications.📝
