OIS staff is highlighting the diversity of Hispanic heritage by sharing their favorite cultural foods! Learn more about typical dishes from El Salvador, Honduras, and various regions of Mexico on the OIS Facebook page. From September 30th to October 14th, look for three cooking videos prepared by OIS staff from the Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Johnson City locations.
